Monica's Challenge

One of my talented DT Friends Monica has set a challenge on her blog to create a card about a celebration. Well had a go and really enjoyed it, brought out from the back of my cupboard those tiny, tiny beads that get absolutely everywhere , but at least they gave a good effect on the ballgown, Hope you like it!
