GoGo Retreat.... Well finally have got over the exhausting but brilliant time us GoGo girls had at the weekend. The food the hotel and the company was brilliant, the classes were excellent and as I was busy elsewhere during the classes I will really enjoy taking my time to complete these. Have also had some fantastic news last week can't believe I have been offered this opportunity. But more about that another time.

PS Another tooth has bit the dust in the Bond household although this one didn't manage to make it to the toothfairy was consumed along with some white rice!!
